2018 Sierra Vita Inizio Red Blend

Sierra Vita winery is the Valle de Guadalupe in Mexico is focused on sustainability. They practice permaculture in their vineyards, harvest by hand and produce wines with minimal intervention. 

Their Inizio wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Tempranillo, 15% Syrah and 10% Merlot. Despite the couple of years of age this bottle has this wine is young and highly aromatic with notes of bright red fruits, spice, balsamic vinegar and a finish that combines soft tannins and bright acidity.
