Divided into 9 different subregions this is actually Portugal's largest wine growing area. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTypically wines from this area are a blend of different indigenous white grapes, often they will have just a hint of bubbles from some forced carbonation in the winemaking process and generally they are very low in alcohol. This wine is a little different. It is 100% Loureiro a native Portuguese white variety which is light, zesty and often a bit herbal. It's also totally dry and still, no added bubbles here and with an ABV of 11.5% it's still light to sip on but with a little more complexity than it's 9% or 10% counterparts. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eZodiac Pairing:\u003c\/strong\u003e Libra.
