Weisser Burgunder AKA Pinot Blanc is another white wine powerhouse from Germany. While it may not be as planted or as popular as Riesling, it is currently making quite the reputation for itself.
On the palate, harmony between subtle fruitiness, herbal notes of lemon thyme and mint and a present mineral flavor followed by a gentle finish.
Overall, elegant and multi-layered, with a lively acidity structure that gives the wine impressive freshness.
