The owners of Txakoli Zudugarai have generations of experience in growing grapes and producing Txakoli, a young, very dry white wine unique to the Basque Country. Txakoli Zudugarai’s main aim is producing a high-quality wine. 

In terms of structure, Txakoli has natural acidity from the high elevation of the hillside vineyards. Quintessential Txakoli it is effervescent. With pops of citrus fruit, minerality, and salinity. Combined with its moderate alcohol and light body, it is a wine that pairs magically with seafood and fish.
