The Wine: Pétillant-Naturel (Pét-Nat) is the wine equivalent of a spontaneous road trip — lightly sparkling, often unfiltered, sometimes unpredictable, but always fun. Just like The Fool, Pét-Nat doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s the point.
Food Pairing: A picnic spread — soft cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit — things you can eat with your hands on a blanket in the grass.
Card Art: We paired the fool and Pet Nat with a white rose. White roses represenent purity, innocence and new beginnings.
