June 2025 Ritual - The Solstice Spark: A Ritual of Radiance
By The Oracle Esmé
For the Longest Day and the Fire Within
The sun stands still.
The earth leans close.
And you, sweet Initiate, are invited to burn brighter.
This is not a ritual of stillness.
This is a celebration of your heat, your hunger, your honey-dripping joy.
Let’s mark the turning of the wheel with fire, music, and a glass that glows.
You’ll Need:
-
A wine that tastes like sunlight — rosé, skin-contact white, or anything that makes you feel alive
-
A candle (gold, yellow, or orange if possible)
-
A playlist or a single song that makes your body move
-
Optional: fresh flowers, a mirror, something glittery
🔥 1. Light the Flame
At sunset—or whenever you can feel the sun humming in your skin—light your candle.
As you light it, say aloud:
"I call in the sun.
I call in the fire.
I call in the joy I’ve hidden, the pleasure I’ve postponed.
Today, I dance. Today, I drink. Today, I shine."
🍷 2. Pour the Wine
Choose a glass you love. Pour slowly. Hold the wine up to the candlelight.
Notice how it gleams. This is not just wine—it’s a potion, a libation, a love letter from the vineyard.
Take a sip. Let it linger. Let it warm your belly.
💃 3. Dance Like the Sun’s Watching
Play your song. The one that never fails to make you smirk, sway, or strut.
You are not required to be graceful. You are not required to be sober. You are only required to feel it.
Dance in your kitchen.
Dance in the garden.
Dance in your underwear.
Dance like your joy is the offering.
Let the rhythm stir what’s been stagnant.
Let your body remember it is a flame, not a cage.
✨ 4. Seal It In Gold
When the music ends, place your hand over your heart.
Whisper (or shout):
"I am the sun.
I am the spark.
I am the wine and the wildfire.
I am not waiting anymore."
Take a final sip. Blow out your candle. Smile at your reflection. You’ve danced with the solstice—and come out burning brighter.
P.S. If something strange happens after this—if an old friend calls, or a crow stares too long, or you wake up remembering a dream you didn’t have—it’s just the fire answering back. Don’t panic. Pour another glass. Write it down. Everything means something now.
