This unique varietal is a bight and crisp white wine that not only pairs well with food but can be aged. Deep yellow in color, on the nose there are white flowers, white pepper, and yellow apple. There is a streak of mineral-driven acidity, which tastes of Meyer lemons, thyme, lemongrass and a hint of lime zest. Then it pleasantly rounds out to a bright clean finish.
